Prime 1 seemed to keep these previews quiet and this one totally surprised me. I am not a Robin fan, but this statue makes him look like a total badass and I would be happy to have him in my collection.

Prime 1 Nightwing Preview – Wonderfest 2016

Personally for me Batman’s sidekick Robin was always a let down for me and I have never been a fan, but when Dick Grayson became Nightwing that is a different story… Nightwing was the character I always feel Robin should have been (I know it was the same person..)

So here goes… Prime1 have added another tease to the already impressive 1/3 scale line with the next in the line being Ninghtwing and this is going to be an epic piece is all of the other pieces in the line are to go by.. Check out my preview of Batman and Bane.

Batman: Arkham Knight was released in June 2015 and was an action-adventure video game developed by Rocksteady Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. One on the villains within this was the Scarecrow.

High end statue company have take on the take of producing the characters from the Arkham Knight game and bring them to the statue collecting world. Their pieces are typically 1/3 scale so a character like the Scarecrow will likely to be around 32-35 inches tall. I am super excited to see the updates on this as I already have the Arkham Batman and Deathstroke on preorder. So this would add a lot to the set up.

Which Sideshow Collectibles Batman Premium Format is the one to get?

Sorry we have been a little quiet lately on RaddTitan.com, but we have still been busy plotting and planning in the background.

Here is today’s “collectors dilemma” that my girlfriend was clearly not interested in discussing with me over our morning coffee.

I have been toying with the idea to pick up the Original Batman Premium Format by Sideshow Collectibles for a few months, but then the Modern Batman Premium Format came up, so i started to lean towards this, but then to throw a spanner in the works in hand photos of the Arkham Asylum Batman came up and totally made me unsure where to put my money.

To complicate things I own the Keaton version and have also been looking at the Bale Dark Knight…

The only simple part of this is my lack of knowledge of the Red son story. It is a nice looking piece, but but I can happily say the Red Son Batman is out of the race for me.

Now this is the piece I have been looking forward too since it was sneak peeked on some of the forums and then exhibited at SDCC2015, but I have to say today I was met with a roller coaster of emotions. (well it all lasted less than 10 minutes).

First I was excited to see that on the Sideshow Collectibles website there was a competition to win one of these awesome pieces. So I scrolled down and was met with the section station the piece was 1:5 scale… I was so disappointed to read that after I have decided to focus on 1:4 so this would have made up my mind to pass on this piece.

Then I decided I would put the $1000+ I have saved towards. (factoring in that I would have to buy the Ledger Joker too). I decided on the Venom or Carnage comiquettes…

Then I post my findings on Facebook to my fellow collectors to get their feedback on the situation.

I then check the website to post a screen shot of this and it has been changed to 20″ and the 1:5 scale has been removed.. Sideshow was contacted via live chat and it was all a human error..

Funny to see though how quick I was will to pass on the pieces due to the scale, but back on this and Joker knowing they are the scale I am looking for. (The Venom and Carnage comiquettes will have to wait)

Will 100% be adding both of the Dark knight pieces to my collection.

Personally for me Batman’s sidekick Robin was always a let down for me and I have never been a fan, but when Dick Grayson became Nightwing that is a different story… Nightwing was the character I always feel Robin should have been (I know it was the same person..)

So here goes… Prime1 have added another tease to the already impressive 1/3 scale line with the next in the line being Ninghtwing and this is going to be an epic piece is all of the other pieces in the line are to go by.. Check out my preview of Batman and Bane.
