What/who got you into working in this field?
I’d been collecting statue for a while, owned most grails, but I couldn’t help but feel the quality was always lacking and I had tons of ideas for repaints. So one day I bit the bullet, bought an airbrush, a compressor, paints, etc. And gave it a go I had been educating myself a lot watching tutorials on YouTube, reading articles so I kind of knew what I was doing. Right after I showed my first repaint people started asking for commissions. The rest is history…haha
Where would people have seen your work?
I post my work on Facebook and StatueForum. Sometimes on Freaks as well but depends on what I painted lol
What is your favorite piece you have worked on?
I don’t have any to be honest. I want each new piece to be the best I’ve done and since I’m working on countless projects at the same time… Lol I’m never happy
What is the piece that someone else has created that you wish was yours?
Anything Erick Sosa sculpted. I wish I had but a fraction of his sculpting skills (I suck at it). As for painters, I love the work of Saul Alvarez and Rick Cantu. Inspirational stuff
What is your dream piece to be made?
I’m really really looking forward to fully repainting my X-Men vs Sentinel #1 Exclusive diorama. It’s a ton of work, but the result should be amazing.
